Physical Therapist Kerrville, TX
Compensation: $44.15–$47.06/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (30 hours/week, no weekend rotation)
Setting: Outpatient Therapy

Position Summary

The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality rehabilitation services in an outpatient setting, helping patients achieve independence and optimal physical functioning. This role involves evaluating and treating patients with individualized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs and goals. The position offers a collaborative work environment with weekday-only scheduling and no weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

1. Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their rehabilitation goals.
2. Administer therapeutic interventions including:
   • Gait training and mobility enhancement
   • Strength and endurance exercises
   • Pain management and balance training
3. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, exercises, and injury prevention.
4. Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary.
5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
6. Adhere to departmental policies, documentation standards, and treatment schedules.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in Texas or proof of eligibility.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience (new graduates not eligible).
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-focused care.
