Compensation: Up to $63/hour (per unit rate)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (35 hours/week, no weekend rotation)
Setting: Mobile Outpatient Therapy
Travel: Service area within a 25-minute radius of Framingham, MA

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services in a mobile therapy setting. This role involves evaluating and treating patients in their homes or other functional environments, helping them achieve independence and mobility. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized therapy plans tailored to patient goals, ensuring they receive the best possible care in their local setting.

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct evaluations and develop customized therapy plans based on patient needs.
  2. Provide therapeutic interventions including:
    • Gait training
    • Balance and coordination exercises
    • Strength and endurance training
    • Pain management and mobility improvement
  3. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and recovery techniques.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress, updating treatment plans as necessary.
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  6. Travel to patient locations within a 25-minute radius of Framingham, MA, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.
  7. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and billing records.

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in Massachusetts or proof of eligibility.
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience (new graduates not eligible).
  • Must possess a driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
