Join a therapy team in a senior living community in Hayesville, NC. This full-time role provides an opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment, helping patients improve mobility and regain independence.

Position Summary

  • Evaluate and treat patients, creating customized therapy plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including gait training, manual therapy, and balance coordination.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
  • Document treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes accurately and timely.

Position Details

  • Facility: Senior Living Facility (90 beds with excellent reviews)
  • Hours: 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday (flexible schedule available)
  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekend rotation

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
  • 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience preferred.
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings is a plus.
