Join our rehabilitation team at a 115-bed skilled nursing facility offering long-term and short-term rehabilitation services. This full-time role allows you to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment, helping patients regain independence and mobility.
Position Summary
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients, developing customized therapy plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including gait training, balance coordination, and manual therapy.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and fall prevention.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support team members as needed.

Requirements
- Valid Maryland Physical Therapy license or eligibility.
